Did you know that medicine that reduce stomachs acid also reduce absorption of iron and b12?

Symptoms can be debilitating, chronic fatigue and high pain sensitivity are the 2 I find most common.

If you are taking these, ask for a blood test at your doctors. These are not routinely taken in bloods unless requested.

Charity bag donations needed please 🙏
I’m collecting charity bags over the weekend for the Sprouts committee food charity for their pop up jumble sale on Tuesday. This is a fabulous charity that helps so many people in all aspects of life. So any clothes, toys, household goods etc, all welcome.
