From the 1st of June I’m moving my clinic back to my home. There has been many changes in the gym over the past few months, and they are just not conducive to a clinic environment. This will not affect my services, physiotherapy and strength & conditioning programs - Emma x

The Easter break from classes has made me see just how amazing Pilates is and how I need it in my life. Within a week I was waking up with stiff hips and lower back. So I did my own workouts and it went.
I cannot wait to be back teaching again this week, to catch up with my lovely participants and nourish my joints with strength and full range mobility ♥️

Finally completed my Masters. It was a tough one this one with what we went through as a family last year. My lecturers at Teesside uni were amazing and very supportive.
PHD next, Dr Emma. To create guidance for people with hyper mobility and Fibromyalgia and support the NHS in treating them 🙌🏻 need a break first though.
