Meet our scheduling superstar machine, Katie Greenwood - (and the pets too)!

If there’s a schedule to conquer, a visit to organise, or a last-minute reshuffle to manage, Katie is usually at the centre of it all. With nearly 4 years of scheduling experience at Home Instead, she knows our clients and care pros like the back of her hand — and has a virtual map of Teesside emblazoned in her brain. What a combo! But that’s not all…

Katie is also our resident DIY hero. She loves a good doer-upper and is rarely happier than when she’s in the middle of a chaotic renovation project. From skimming ceilings to tackling general property disasters, there’s very little she can’t turn her hand to.
She brings that same energy, skill, and attention to detail into everything she does at Home Instead. Scheduling legend by day, DIY queen at all times — we’re incredibly lucky to have her on the team.
