From today, Tuesday 29th July, you can use our new online system, SystmConnect, to send us selected non-urgent requests — no need to wait on the phone or come into the practice.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁?
You’ll see three categories to choose from, each with its own forms:
✔️ 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁: order your repeat medication online
✔️ 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀: letters, updating details, referral updates, or opting out of SMS
✔️ 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: medication queries, out-of-stock meds, out-of-sync meds
✔️ 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀: smears, vaccines, NHS Healthy Heart checks, travel forms
Just pick the right category, fill out the form, and your request goes straight to the right team.
🆕 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲:
SystmConnect will run alongside eConsult for now. That means:
➡️ Use SystmConnect for admin queries, medication requests, or simple clinical tasks like smears or vaccinations.
➡️ Use eConsult if you need a non-urgent medical review or advice — such as when you want to explain your symptoms and get clinical triage.

⏰ For non-urgent requests only — if you need help the same day, please call us.
🗒️ Use the right form to help us help you faster.
↩️ We may reply to confirm we've received your request, give an update on timescales, or ask for more info.
🛑 Requests submitted under the wrong category (e.g., asking for a sick note under 'letters') may be rejected.
🖥️ We check requests regularly and aim to respond within 3–5 working days.
