The Health MOT is a relaxed, 45-minute assessment where we take time to understand you. We’ll check how your body moves, where pain or stiffness might be holding you back, and what your personal goals are. From there, from there you'll have a personal plan with expert coaching to progress you safely, at your own pace, with the right balance of strength, mobility and confidence so you never feel lost when you walk through the doors. It's not just a gym, it's a space to be you with no egos and no pressure. Just real coaching, real results, and a community of women who get it. Every session you can leave feeling better than when you walked in.

The Truth about lifting (heavy) weights...

Here's 5 Truths about Lifting Heavy:

1️⃣ Heavy is relative...
For one person, 10kg would cause an injury
For another that's their warm up.

At some point the weight has to increase or you'll never progress...

2️⃣ It's a life line
If you're 50+ and not lifting weights, you're losing muscle, fast!

Muscle loss is a leading indicator for lost independence.

3️⃣ "Bad knees" get better with weights
It makes sense to rest when they hurt.

But...
9/10 people with knee issues are inactive.

4️⃣ Go heavy for healthy bones
Resistance and weight help to nurish your joints.
They only get that through movement.

When you lift it's a signal for them to stay healthy.

5️⃣ It's so much more than strength...

Strength gives you confidence.
Makes you feel less "old".
Make you trust in your body.
Helps you feel capable.

We've had tons of women start here at Infinity tell us "I can't" guess what...

Then they see just how capable they are.

Isn't this mad...

So many won't start without their partners approval.

That's understandable but what's crazy is this...

When I ask:
"Do they know what's going on?"

Often they're in the dark.

Because were British and keep it inside.
You don't want to burden them.

You're going to need them to be your biggest supporter when you decide to make the change.

Core Strength is a lie...

🙄 Here we go...
Countless times I hear ladies are told to strengthen their core.

Here's the problem:
After 100's, if not 1000's of assessments
Rarely do I see a "weak core"
I see stiffness and restriction.

Most back problems come with limited mobility
AKA tight muscles...
Trying to "strengthen" already stiff muscles F*** Me 🤦🏻‍♂️
No wonder you've got back issues.

It has to be said...

Our sessions run throughout the day.
They're tailored to you.
Every time you walk in,
your coach knows what you're doing.

If you're an early bird and prefer a morning
(9am is NOT early 😉)..It's more midday for the 6am'ers
We've got sessions there.

If you're an evening person...
We've got sessions to suit
..What about shifts?
We have NHS staff who work the MOST ridiculous hours. And still manage.

But if you're just looking for and exercise class where you're 1 of 30 with an instructor that barely knows your name. Infinity ISN't for you.

If you just want to dip in and out
If you DON'T want coaching and support.
