I am Vicki, a well established, and professional sports massage therapy service. I offer sports massages and treatments for pre/post event, Injury management and general maintenance. I also offer massage for simple relaxation and stress reduction. Appointment times can vary from 30 minutes to 60 minutes depending on what you are looking to achieve. Sports massage has a number of benefits some of which are:

Increased flexibility and range of movement
Improved circulation and lymphatic flow
