I never share with you practices , ideas or projects that I haven’t tried and tested myself, or believe will help us be healthier & calmer 🩷🩷
And so over the last couple of weeks we’ve been experimenting in our kitchen with a thermomix TM7 to see how easier it makes life in our busy house.
All the Murray’s are canny and competent in the kitchen , homemade & nutritional food has always been important to us.
Many of my friends who own a thermomix had told me about there’s , enticed me with their homemade delights. When I stayed at a friends for a weekend retreat her thermo delivered us breakfast cooked to perfection , but it took a conversation in the sun , on a beach in Tenerife before I was properly listening , and finally realised how a thermomix could enhance my cooking experiences, and if it enhanced my life, how many of my yogis might it benefit too.
So I’d love to introduce you to Mabel, my very gorgeous sous chef and new yoga house team member
I already share my love of Ayurvedic food, cooked with love & lots of goodness on retreats and workshops, offer a little protein ball to ground you after a massage , but now I have Mabel , my extra pair of hands , healthy & nutritional cooking is just going to get a whole lot easier & quicker.
If cooking healthy & nutritional food , minimising the proceed foods you eat, fuelling your body the right way and saving money and food waste interests you , then I’m here to share my experience with Mabel and a few recipes along the way -(that you can make with or without a thermomix )🩷🩷
