I know my ‘yoga house’ is a pretty amazing space to practise yoga 🧘‍♀️

But wow, look at todays yoga space somewhere in the middle of the ocean ☀️

This is pretty special and I’ve got the whole place to myself 🙏

2 weeks, hosting 2 different friends , in my little piece of paradise by the sea 💕

I arrived a bit frazzled , with a busy mind & body that’s trying to balance all the hormonal changes that come with nearing 50 years 🥴

But after 2 weeks of yoga , meditation , massage & sound healing , morning runs & swims , healthy eating , green living, dancing , crocheting & lots of laughing …
I’m feeling so much more in balance.

Sometimes we just need to ‘walk our talk’ a bit more 🧘‍♀️

So grateful to my retreaters Ruth Nichol & Rachel C-k who I know have left with a tiny bit of Medano imprinted into their hearts 💕

And now I’m ready for my next visitors to arrive 💕💕💕

‘Make me smile’ charity yoga workshop at Yarm Wellness

We raised an amazing £538.00 to help support Dr Ania & her team who head out to Nepal later this month, to deliver life changing surgery to children with cleft lip and palate conditions.

What a difference this money will make to these children 💖
