🤩 A brand‑new group exclusively for Time Out carers, designed to give you a well‑earned break while your loved one enjoys a safe, friendly, and supportive space.

📍 Where: LiveWell Hub, Thorntree Road, Thornaby, TS17 8AP
📅 When: The last Wednesday of every month, 1:30pm - 3:30pm

😌 Time Out Together is a relaxed session in a welcoming environment. We’ll have music, activities, and plenty to keep everyone engaged, giving you the opportunity to switch off and recharge. You’re more than welcome to stay at the LiveWell Hub and enjoy a refreshment too.

📆 Booking is essential

Spaces can be booked from 9am on the 1st of each month for the following month, so please add this to your diary.

💙 This is your time — to recharge, connect with others, and take a well‑deserved breather.
