Exciting News 🤩

I am very excited to officially announce that Odyssey is moving into our very own facility at the start of Feb! 🥳

Having our own unit will give Odyssey & its Heroes a fantastic opportunity to further improve the whole Fitcamp / Forge & PT experience 💪

This is a massive project to undertake with a lot of work going into it, but one that will be so worthwhile for the long-term foundation & platform for us to cement our place & compete as I believe us to be... the best group training provider in Teesside ✨️

The gym is going to be an amazing training space with incredible equipment & a place every Hero truly feels a part of 😃

Keep your eyes peeled for all our stories & posts as we transform our new space 👀

The Odyssey community is such a special place & now we will have a proper home 💙

A GIANT congratulations to Nikki for being Odyssey Hero of the month for November!!! 👏

Nikki has been an Odyssey Hero since the Fitcamp started
& in that time has become an integral part of the Fitcamp!
Nikki fully deserves the Hero of the Month award for November as not only did she achieve 100% attendance but also was a key component in organising & delivering an amazing Odyssey Christmas party 🥳

Your efforts in sessions & efforts with other areas of Odyssey is fantastic to see!

I want to say a massive thank you to everyone who came to the Odyssey Christmas party last night!

We had an absolutely fantastic turnout & the whole night was such a success... 🥳

A big thank you to Jamie Glenn for being our resident DJ for the evening, playing some belters.... including Rick Astley - Never gonna give you up! (if you know, you know 😉)

Another huge thank you to Katie Glenn, Nicola Smillie & Libby Georgiou for helping put the whole event together, I could not have done it without them & they did an amazing job 💙 Also thanks to all those who helped (including the wife 😊) or donated to the raffle, it was very much appreciated ☺️

Lastly, thank you to every Hero who came & made it such a brilliant night! Great company, great food, great drinks & great dancing, mostly 😆 which other group would end up making a circle on the dancefloor with one in the middle doing Burpees... Only at Odyssey 💪

I was blown away by the turnout & overwhelmed by all the gifts that the heroes had chipped together to get me. You all didn't need to do that! The gifts were very thoughtful & I absolutely love them 🔥
This really does show how together & down right incredible the Odyssey community is 🙌

From me & my family I can't thank you enough!

Hero Of The Month: Jamie Glenn 👏🤩💪💙🥳

A GIANT congratulations to Jamie for being Odyssey Hero of the month for October!!!

Jamie has only been an Odyssey Hero for 2 months, but he has quickly dived into the positive culture & environment of the Odyssey Fitcamp which has clearly made a mark on his own health & wellness.
Jamie has been very consistent over October & absolutely works his arse off every session 💪

A fully deserved award... 🏆

Hero Strong Games 2025 💪

What a fantastic day we had at Odyssey running our first Hero Strong Games! It was a day full of friendly competition with each individual pushing their limits & working as part of a team to compete at their highest level. It was fantastic to see such support for each other, clear to see that everyone wanted everyone else to achieve their best 🔥

It was a close competition, often with just a single rep or a couple of seconds separating individuals & teams from achieving minimum to maximum points 💯

Congratulations to the Winners:

2nd place: The Black Ninjas 🥷
3rd place: Mint Force 🪖

A massive well done to all teams 👏

It is a brave thing to put yourself forward for competition & it was clear to see that everyone put in their all both physically & mentally. Absolutely AWESOME 😎

I can't wait to further improve both Hero Fit & Hero Strong for next year!!!
