For more information have a peek at Action for Happiness

It's also National Wellness Month.

The group feeds into this work using the insights, priorities and messages from those who particate and share their experiences.

One forum member said: "The Positive Living Forum has been a place of hope and belonging. Personally, I have seen my input of suggestions taken for consideration and as an asylum seeker, I did not think it was possible.
