When your thoughts feel busy and your breath feels shallow, try this…

💜 Place your hand gently on your chest.
🤍 Pause for just a moment.
🩷 Breathe in for four … and out for four.
💛 As you breathe, imagine your breath is a beautiful colour — maybe soft gold, calming blue, or whatever feels soothing to you.
Watch that colour rise up as you inhale… and gently drift away as you exhale.
❤️Repeat a few times and notice how your body feels just that little bit lighter.

Sometimes, peace is only a breath away.

Looking forward to holding space today for a new client who is coming in-person for their first session 💜

There’s something really special about that first leap of trust, when someone says “yes” to exploring what’s underneath the surface. This process doesn’t just patch over the problem, it goes straight to the root, where beliefs and emotions first took hold, so real and lasting change can begin. ✨

Later today I’ve got two client check-ins, and I can’t wait to see the changes since we last worked together… will they be bold and obvious, or those beautiful small-but-mighty shifts that ripple out over time? 💫

Either way, transformation is always happening ✨

Recently I’ve been working behind the scenes trying to automate my calendar and bookings.

Today, I nailed it 🙌🏻 wow it felt good seeing my hard work and training come together. This is not only going to make bookings easier, it’s going to free up more of my time too.

Took a nice long walk afterwards. Back in nature, grounding, listening to the birds. Perfect was to recharge 💫💛

Life will always have its challenges, messy bits, and “well that didn’t go to plan” moments… but when you shift your focus to what’s going right (no matter how small), you start to notice more of it.

Must be Saturday! Time for more work transforming the garden 🪏 🪴

Certainly hasn’t happened overnight, but it’s getting closer every week.

Like anything worth doing, it takes time, effort and a fair bit of energy BUT every week it’s improving💚

Don’t be afraid to try something new. I’ve never laid a patio before, it ain’t perfect and it doesn’t need to be but I’m giving it a go 💪🏻

Fatigue. Hands up, who’s living in a state of “always tired”?

You wake up tired. You go through the day tired. You go to bed… still tired.

And it’s not just “I need an early night” tired - it’s a deep, heavy exhaustion that feels like your body is running on empty.

But here’s the thing… fatigue isn’t just about lack of sleep.

For many women in perimenopause and menopause, it’s also emotional, nervous system, and hormone deep.

Why now?
Menopause is a transition, a turning point, and if you’ve been running on adrenaline for years, your body finally says: Enough. We’re slowing down whether you like it or not.

From a hormonal perspective:
👉 Oestrogen and progesterone (your energy-balancing hormones) drop, which can disrupt sleep quality and stamina.
👉 Cortisol (your stress hormone) often stays elevated, keeping your body in “survival mode” which is incredibly draining.
👉 Blood sugar fluctuations become more common, leading to mid-afternoon crashes and brain fog.

From an emotional perspective:
😔 Long-held stress, resentment, or grief weighs the body down, literally.
🧠 Nervous system dysregulation keeps your body on constant alert, using up energy reserves before you even get out of bed.

So fatigue often comes from the perfect storm of:
⚡ Hormonal imbalance
😮‍💨 Emotional load
📉 Nervous system burnout

Here’s the beautiful part:
When you give your body permission to rest and release the underlying emotional charge, you free up energy reserves you didn’t know you had.

💭 Next time you feel the heaviness setting in, pause and ask:
What’s draining me right now?
Is it a physical demand? An emotional weight? A mental loop I can’t switch off?

By listening instead of pushing through, you’re giving your body the exact signal it needs to start restoring energy, from the inside out.
