Fatigue. Hands up, who’s living in a state of “always tired”?
You wake up tired. You go through the day tired. You go to bed… still tired.
And it’s not just “I need an early night” tired - it’s a deep, heavy exhaustion that feels like your body is running on empty.
But here’s the thing… fatigue isn’t just about lack of sleep.
For many women in perimenopause and menopause, it’s also emotional, nervous system, and hormone deep.
Why now?
Menopause is a transition, a turning point, and if you’ve been running on adrenaline for years, your body finally says: Enough. We’re slowing down whether you like it or not.
From a hormonal perspective:
