I spent time chatting with a lovely lady, just holding space and really listening.
Not trying to fix. Not rushing. Just hearing her.

We talked about what she’s ready to let go of…
The thoughts, the feelings, the weight she’s been carrying for far too long.

And we also explored where she wants to be.
How she wants to feel.
Who she knows she is underneath it all.

Because that’s the bit that matters most - not just what you’re moving away from, but what you’re moving towards.

And everything in between?

I’ve had quite a few new faces join recently, so I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself properly.

I’m Emma, a Stress & Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner and the face behind ā€˜Believe Be You’ šŸ’œ
I also collaborate with Andrea to run FRESH AF - our women’s events and retreats focused on connection, calm, and real conversations 🩷

My work is all about helping people feel calmer, clearer, and more like themselves again by gently getting to the root of what’s really going on beneath the surface.

Often, what we think is causing how we feel isn’t actually the root - so we work with the subconscious, what’s been stored, and what’s showing up in the here and now, while also focusing on where you want to move forward to.

I’ve supported clients with anxiety, fears and phobias, sleep struggles, weight, emotional overwhelm, and much more - including those navigating peri/menopause.

Alongside my client work, I’ve also been involved in research around menopause support, working alongside a leading neuroscientist, which has deepened my understanding of how powerful this work can be.

At the heart of it, this work is about helping you understand yourself better, feel more in control, and move forward in a way that feels right for you 🄰

Ending the week with 3 check-ins this afternoon… and honestly, I just had to share this šŸ’œ

Three different women.
Three different starting points.
Three very real transformations.

Client 1 ✨
First check-in after session 1 of 3.
Her words? ā€œIt feels easier… lighter.ā€
ā€œThis isn’t going to be hard. I’m going to be able to do this.ā€
Symptoms already reduced by 43%

Client 2 ✨
Started at the beginning of February and has now completed all sessions.
We focused on sleep, dizziness & weight.
Sleep is now amazing.
Dizziness has completely gone.
Weight is reducing.
Overall symptoms reduced by 77%

Brain fog — gone.

Somewhere along the way, so many of us were taught to tolerate things that don’t feel okay.

Anxiety?
ā€œJust have to put up with it.ā€

Struggling to sleep?
ā€œJust have to put up with it.ā€

Spinning all the plates, holding everything together, running on empty?
ā€œJust have to put up with it.ā€

Constantly overthinking or feeling on edge?

But… says who?

Session 1 – itchy skin – completely cleared up. Not itchy at all. In her words ā€œmentalā€

Session 2 – irritability – in her words ā€œnot lost my s**t onceā€

Session 3 – ??? Taking place next week

So here’s your gentle reminder…
there’s nothing wrong with you šŸ’›

So instead of pushing through… try softening

Slow your breath
Drop your shoulders
Unclench your jaw

Because calm doesn’t come from doing more…
