Can we raise the roof for the incredible shrinking Angela Lathan. 5 stone 1.5 gone in just over one year.
All through the slimming world food optimised plan. She is such an asset to our Ingleby Barwick group and was recently voted “icon of the year” in the 10am group.
I am so proud of her, but more importantly she is super proud of herself x

If you want to be more like Angela come and join our super friendly and supportive groups - 8.30 and 10am Saturday mornings at IB Leisure Centre.
