This month we are recognising our wonderful Care Assistant Hayley and Housekeeping Assistant Wendy.

Hayley is a consistently hardworking, caring soul who has been especially recognised this month for her compassion and empathy whilst delivering palliative care.

Wendy gives 110% every shift without fail and is a valued member of our housekeeping team, she always makes time for our residents and visitors and our favourite phrase is "you can always tell when Wendy's been on"

Today was a good day. We celebrated we achieved β€˜GOOD’ in every domain of our recent CQC inspection, that is over 30. It was a lovely report to read and as the manager of the home I am so very proud of the team. Care is not an easy job it is a vocation and the staff at Victoria house exude care and compassion. Thank you all! I apologise if the surprise party caused you any worry but let’s be honest it was worth it for such GOOD newsπŸ₯‚πŸΎπŸ§πŸ†
