Hey everyone! I'm still here! Just been working in the background without social media for a while.

January is notoriously a dull month for the reasons everyone knows. But does it have to be?

I'm making a change this year and planning small things that are making me excited, be that little ways to organise my home, planning nice things to do in advance or generally looking forward to summer!!

Root Chakra ❤️

Located at the base of our spine, near the tailbone, the root chakra centres on our survival instinct and need for security.

It is associated with our personal strengths, will power, self-esteem and passions. It is the base of our physical and mental health and well-being.

Balanced = well rested, grounded, energetic, independent, at ease in our body.

Unbalanced = lower back and foot pain, sciatica, constipation, insecure, unstable, fearful, panic attacks, anxiety and depression.

EAT root vegetables, high protein and anything RED.

Meditate 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

HOW CAN REIKI HELP?
Reiki healing energy flows through the body and the root chakra to clear blockages. It can be directed to this area specifically via a calming and non-invasive process.

Do you work on your chakras?
They are the main energy centres in the body.
But what does that actually mean?

Chakra means "wheel" and they are thought of as spinning discs that should stay open and aligned, as they correspond to nerves, organs and areas of our energetic body that effect physical and emotional wellbeing.

Reiki flows through the body and clears blockages that can disrupt the energy flow within the body.

I will soon be sharing each chakra invidiually and explain the signs of blockage and how reiki can help
