From 10am on Tuesday 3 June 2025, the 0800 freephone crisis line number (0800 0516 171) will be deactivated.

Anyone experiencing a mental health crisis must call NHS 111 and select the mental health option. Available 24/7, you will speak to a mental health professional who can listen to you and help you find the right support.
