We’re really pleased to welcome Sarah Harrison, Consultant Psychotherapist at Consultants Choice Clinic, bringing over 20 years of experience in psychological assessment and phased psychotherapy.

Sarah has worked across both the NHS and private practice, supporting people through anxiety, low mood, trauma, relationship challenges, and life’s more overwhelming moments. Her style is warm, calm, and down to earth — creating a space where clients feel listened to, understood, and supported at their own pace.

She works using a range of evidence-based approaches including EMDR, CBT, Internal Family Systems, person-centred therapy, and mindfulness, always tailoring sessions to what feels right for the person in front of her.
