We’ve done our best with salt and signage, but some areas outside the clinic are still very icy, so please walk slowly and carefully when coming in.

If you feel it isn’t safe for you to travel, please let us know as early as possible. January is completely full and any notice really helps us offer your appointment to someone on our waiting list and keep the diary running smoothly.

The decorations are packed away, the studio is reset and the clinic is feeling fresh and calm – ready for a new season at Healing Flow.

There’s something so satisfying about taking the Christmas decs down… a quiet little reset before everything starts to grow again.

Over the next couple of blocks you’ll start to see a few gentle changes across both the studio and clinic as we slowly expand what we offer.

I’m settling into uni life 📚 while still here for my lovely clients (see you Sunday!) 💆‍♀️, Carl’s busy with house life, the gym, and planning his next training course 💪, Caroline has flown off on her adventures ✈️, and Steph is holding it all together at the end of your emails and texts 💌.

Meanwhile, the studio crew are keeping the energy flowing with yoga and Pilates self-practice 🧘‍♀️.

Lots of change and growth happening behind the scenes — we can’t wait to welcome you back into our refreshed space soon! 🌸🌿
