Indian Head Massage can be done seated or laying down. It starts with an upper back massage, neck and arms then head and a little on the face. You can also have this treatment fully clothed. Very relaxing treatment!

Indian Face Massage has micro massage techniques that help to calm the nervous system. Much like Yoga Nidra one side is concentrated on then the other to activate the 2 different nervous systems. The movements used stimulate collagen and leave you with a glow. Unlike a normal facial, this treatment concentrates on massage rather than products being applied. Many people say it is the most relaxing treatment they have ever had.
