Have you ever wanted to try Pilates but don't know where to start? My Absolute Beginner's Pilates Course will guide you through all the basic principles of clinical Pilates so that you will be ready to attend Beginner or Mixed Ability classes with any instructor.
The course is run via Zoom from 4th January - 25th January 2015 at 9.30am - 10.15am (£48). The only equipment required is a mat (or bath towel) and a head support (or folded hand towel).
