She also presents Yin & Yang workshops in England, Ireland, Morocco, South-Africa, Goa and Greece. Regina has a unique teaching style which unites student and teacher in an atmosphere of fun and well-being, allowing them to explore the relationships between the body, breath and stillness in their yoga. Teaching with warmth, enthusiasm and clarity - she enables her students to visualise and work with the Chakras and Meridians within the inner body. Yoga is as mentally and spiritually beneficial as it is physically beneficial - creating change from within - balancing the body, mind and soul. It is so much more than just an exercise class - enhancing every aspect of your life by promoting general well-being. Fluoride was one of the first subjects we investigated in the early days of CE. It became clear that water fluoridation is a way for corporations that produce mass amounts of toxic waste to dump that waste into the environment slowly, without having to pay for its removal. Fluoride is an example of an externality of aluminum and fertilizer production. Instead of those companies internalizing the cost of removing that toxic waste, they found a way to profit from their waste.

Also, thinking clearly about this issue, water fluoridation does not help reduce cavities as fluoride needs to be on the teeth directly, for a period of time, and in higher concentrations for it to provide value. Having water touch a couple of teeth at low doses for a couple of moments would not harden enamel. What we see today about water fluoridation being a good idea is nothing more than propaganda that corporations profit greatly from. The downsides to human health are not worth the potential benefits.
