Brilliant start to the first bootcamp of 2024 (which isn’t a 4/6 week fix) this is to start/learn or advance your fitness journey so you can run free with knowledge and the tools to go forward being a fitter and healthier person for the rest of your life.
It was certainly a hard and challenging session. Well done all 🙌 see you Monday.
It’s not about a short term fix or a 6 week shred, curb the yo-yoing and the extremes your putting your body through and don’t listen to the ‘cutting carbs, go low fat, juice diet, have these shakes, do cardio only, do this for a bigger 🍑 crap that’s shoved down your neck for someone else’s gain’.
This is about the journey, changing your lifestyle for the long game, learning how to be active and enjoy it and to embrace activity and exercise into your weekly routine.
If you are going to take the step in changing your game DO or FIND something you enjoy, if you need a coach find a good one that’s going to be honest and educate you.
