Pregnancy Yoga: Our pregnancy yoga classes are gentle and safe for all women in their second and third trimesters, whether they are new to yoga or have years of practice. The classes allow women to step out of their day-to-day busy lives and find the time to reconnect with themselves, their changing bodies and their babies. We offer both group and private classes that are suitable for both first-time mothers, and those that already have children. Birth Preparation Workshops: For you and your birth partner, a 4 hour workshop. We learn how the mother’s body works during each stage of labour, the importance of hormones within the birth process, and how they can affect labour, what the different choices are when it comes to birth place, type of birth and how pain relief works, the benefits of active birth, breathing techniques to assist you during pregnancy and labour, the ways in which the NHS often operates and how to ensure you understand how to have a positive birth experience, the role of the birth partner, and a toolkit of techniques for them to use throughout the labour experience, a collection of relaxation techniques including massage, visualisations and affirmations, the mind and body connection, how they work together and how you can focus the mind to influence the body, creating a flexible birth preferences document which can be adapted in order for you to be well prepared and confident for every eventuality. Postnatal Yoga: Ease yourself back into practice and restore your core with our comprehensive postnatal yoga class that combines easy-to-follow flows with relaxation. If you'd like to bring your baby to class, please see our Mother & Baby class (below)

Suitable for all abilities, for mothers with babies aged 12 weeks and older. Each class includes gentle flows (asana), hand gestures (mudra) and relaxation (savasana)

Mum & Baby Yoga: Ease yourself back into practice and restore your core with our comprehensive postnatal yoga class that combines easy-to-follow flows with relaxation. Babies are brought along to and included within class. Refreshments provided afterwards, to allow new mothers to socialise in an open, relaxed and comfortable environment. Baby Massage: Gentle postnatal movements for mothers, full infant massage routines taught over several weeks, soothing movements and calming techniques to support you and your newborn. Suitable from 6 weeks of age. Mum & Toddler Yoga: Ease yourself back into practice and restore your core with our comprehensive postnatal yoga class that combines easy-to-follow flows with relaxation. Engaging and fun for little ones as we support them to enjoy yoga movements.

🐣 SPRING BABY CLASSES 🌸

If you’re booked onto classes at the moment PRIORITY BOOKING is now open for Mum & Baby yoga and Mini Explorers classes. Waiting lists, emails heading your way soon with the passwords to book.

BEYOND BABY MASSAGE: POSTNATAL RECOVERY & BABY MASSAGE
Classes now open to book, a weekly 75 minute postnatal class for you to learn how to use baby massage and movement to aid calming, soothing and connection with your baby. From easing infant ailments, aiding their development, adapting to your postnatal body and easing in to your new role. A chance to meet other new mums.

Classes include learning a full infant massage routine over the 6 weeks, elements of baby yoga to introduce some soft stretch and gentle postnatal movement and 4th trimester education for you.

Suitable from around 4 weeks up to 5 months of age.

Thank you so much for the interest so far, it’s been amazing! When you have an idea in your head you do wonder if it’s actually something that people would want, and it’s been great to see that this is something so many of you would find useful.

I know some of you are just past the 18 month mark, but once I’ve done this last part of my training I’ll be expanding it. I just have to narrow it down so that I can focus what I write my 5000-7000 words on.

Just in case you were interested but worried about the cost of it, as it is for the final part of my training, there is no cost to you.

I’m hoping to run this project face to face, so if you’re local to Newcastle under Lyme/Stoke on Trent, you’ll be close enough for it not to be a trek.

Thank you Becky for these lovely photos from Thursday’s mum & baby yoga class. After the yoga we have a little rest, some time to play and chat, before we finish with some bubbles and calming down activities. I think I’m having as much fun as the babies here (possibly more 😂)

Our Sunday evening Pregnancy Yoga and Birth preparation classes back this evening with a focus on balancing the muscles surrounding the pelvis, and encouraging baby into an optimum position for birth. Throwing in some extra movements for breech babies to encourage them head down too.

Thursday evening classes start a new block this week too. With just 2 spaces left.
