Well it’s been one of those years for many people, myself included. I’ve not posted on here for a while and I’m ashamed to say that one reason for that is because I’ve not been on plan.

All my hard work and pride in myself has gone out of the window. It’s just been a year of excuse after excuse, well NO MORE!!!

From Monday (3rd Jan) I will be back on plan. I know it’s possible and I’m more determined to do it again.

Sorry it’s been so long since I posted. It’s been a hard few weeks personally. My dads been unwell and admitted to hospital twice. Good news is he’s had a pacemaker fitted and the change in him is amazing. Happy me again! 😁

Problem now is I’ve been comfort eating. Undoing all the hard work I put in before Christmas. I need to get back on plan. NOW!

So folks. Thanks to all those who’ve liked the page so far. Please, please, please share the page. You may not need me but someone you know might.

As many of you know Darren and I started the 1:1 diet together. In the first 3 months we had lose nearly 5.5 stone between us.

I really thought, “this won’t work, I won’t manage to stick to it.” Well guess what. It does work! And I did stick to it! Now I’m a consultant. I want to help others who may be sceptical and those who think they can’t do it.

Doing the plan with Darren helped me stay focused and keep going. I’ve had a few weeks off after nearly hitting 4stone loss and I’m ready to start again (with Darren too). So it means not only am I here with advise and support but I’ve been there, and still doing it so I’m on the journey with you. All the way 🤜💪

Maybe you don’t have much to lose and just want a kickstart, maybe you have a special day to slim down for or maybe like darren and I you’re just needing to lose some weight along with the bad habits that helped the weight arrive in the first place. Whatever the reason. I’m here to help.
