This morning, our residents got crafty with autumn leaf printing, making colourful artwork using real leaves 🍁✨

We also enjoyed a game of “What’s That Smell?” where residents tested their senses by guessing different everyday scents and spices. There was plenty of laughter and some very good noses in the room!😊

Today, we took a trip down memory lane with our Back to School Day!

Our residents sang some of their favourite school assembly hymns – including He’s Got the Whole World in His Hands, Give Me Oil in My Lamp, and One More Step Along the World I Go. 🎶✨

We also enjoyed watching clips of UK schools in the 1950s, sparking lots of wonderful conversation as residents shared both the good and not-so-good memories of their school days. 💭💬

A truly special day filled with nostalgia, music, and stories. We hope all the children have enjoyed their first days back at school this week 🍎 ❤️

Yesterday our residents enjoyed a wonderful trip to Roses Refills, a local zero-waste shop. 🌍✨

We learned all about simple ways to reduce waste, reuse, and make small changes that can have a big impact on our planet. The visit was not only informative but also inspiring – and our residents had a fantastic time discovering new ideas! 💚

A big thank you to Roses Refills for such a warm welcome and for showing us how little steps can lead to big differences. 🌱
