Step 3 chicken curry @ 442 cals per serving ❤️

It's that easy even I did it 😂

Per serving -
1 pouch Asda cauliflower rice
180g chicken breast marinated in Aldi fat free Greek yoghurt, lemon juice and 2 tbsp dry curry powder. 1/4 tin chopped tomatoes, 5 medium mushrooms, 1/2 brown onion. 50mls stock using 1:1 Diet chicken broth water flavouring.

Started off frying the onions in a wok then added everything else (apart from the rice). Adding the mushrooms last.

Leave to simmer for 20 minutes stirring regularly. Ping your steamed cauliflower rice pouch in the microwave as per instructions.

Let's love ourselves this valentines 💝

💕 1. Put “Non-Food” First on Valentine’s Evening
Rather than making the night all about a meal, build it around a shared experience.
Ideas:
A sunset stroll with a playlist you’ve created just for them
A cosy, candle-lit movie night at home
Swapping handwritten love letters
A DIY couples spa night (face masks, massages, pampering)
A memory-lane evening with photos and shared stories
If you fancy heading out, choose something activity-based:
Pottery or paint-a-pot sessions
A comedy show
Theatre or live performance
An evening city walk
This keeps the emphasis on connection rather than temptation.

🕯️ 2. Keep the Romance Without Ditching the Plan
Staying in doesn’t mean skipping the “special” feeling — just tweak the setup.
Light candles
Dress up, even if you’re at home
Use pretty glassware for water or sparkling water
Present your meal replacement nicely
If your plan allows, you could even have your shake warm in a mug for a hot-chocolate-style treat.

🥂 3. If You’re Eating Out
This will depend on which step you’re on — always follow your consultant’s advice — but these are realistic options:
Option A: Staying Fully On Plan
Go for drinks only (sparkling water or black coffee)
Enjoy the conversation and atmosphere
Let your partner eat without any guilt
Have your product before or after the date
Option B: A Planned Off-Plan Meal (If Approved)
If you and your consultant agree on a controlled meal:
Choose lean protein (chicken, fish, tofu)
Stick to non-starchy vegetables
Skip bread, desserts and alcohol
Avoid creamy sauces and rich dishes
This helps you stay close to plan without triggering a derail.
