Every movement we include in our classes has intention behind it

If you struggle with stiffness through your upper back, tension from sitting at a desk, poor posture, lower back discomfort or feeling disconnected from your core; side twist movements can be incredibly beneficial.

These movements do far more than simply create a stretch or burn. They help improve spinal and thoracic mobility, strengthen the obliques, support posture and encourage healthier movement patterns throughout the body.

They can also help release built up tension, improve body awareness and support better day to day movement.

So many of us spend long periods sitting, hunched forward and moving mostly in one direction. Rotational movement is something the body often lacks, yet it’s essential for maintaining mobility, strength, balance and spinal health as we move through everyday life.

May is all about fresh energy, longer days and finding your rhythm again

This month brings space to reset, reconnect and try something new. From new additions to our timetable to moments of calm and connection, everything is designed to support you through movement.

We’re so excited to introduce our Reformer Introduction Course this month, perfect if you’ve been wanting to get started or build confidence on the reformer. We’re also welcoming Reformer Barre to the timetable, blending strength, control and flow for something a little different.

Alongside this, our Prenatal Massage offering continues for those looking to slow down and take care during pregnancy.

Whether you’re stepping into something new or continuing your routine, these sessions are more than just classes, they’re spaces to feel supported, empowered and part of something special.

Ahhh did you guess it??

Our brand new class is… Reformer Barre

We’re so excited to be the first studio in Staffordshire to bring this to you! Think everything you love about barre but levelled up. Reformer Barre adds extra resistance through the reformer, making movements more dynamic, challenging and seriously effective.

Expect a fast paced, high energy class that builds strength, improves posture and leaves you feeling amazing. Alongside our jump board this is one of our most cardio based classes.

Every Thursday evening at 6pm from the 14th May. Spaces are limited and you must of complete Reformer Foundations to attend, we can’t wait for you to try it!

Why can’t I book a Reformer class? we completely understand why this can feel a little confusing

We don’t offer direct booking into Reformer classes straight away, because we want to make sure you feel confident, supported and in the right class for your body, experience and goals.

If you’re new, we’ll gently guide you into the best starting point so you can build your confidence with the equipment and movements at a pace that feels right for you.

Once you’ve completed your course, you’ll then have access to book into our Evolve and Release classes. From there, if you’d like to progress into more advanced sessions, you’ll just need a quick sign off from us this is simply to make sure you’re feeling ready, comfortable and supported as you take that next step.

If you’re ever unsure where you sit, you don’t need to work it out alone just drop us a message and we’ll happily guide you.

Our Foundation Matwork pilates classes are designed to meet you where you are with simple, supportive progressions so you can move in a way that feels right for you.

Rooted in physiotherapy and APPI Pilates, each class focuses on clear guidance, good technique and helping you build strength and confidence without pressure. You’ll always have options and instructors who genuinely care about helping you feel comfortable and capable.

This kind of message means everything to us

To hear that someone came to us living with scoliosis and daily pain and now feels able to run, lift and move without that constant discomfort, that’s a big shift.

We understand that with scoliosis, there isn’t always a quick fix or a cure and for some people, surgery may be discussed. For many, it can feel like there isn’t much that can be done. But that’s not the full story.

With the right support, movement and understanding of your body, there are ways to help you feel more comfortable, more supported and more in control of how you move.

What we see time and time again is how small, consistent changes starting now can make a real difference in how you feel in the future. Helping you move with more ease, reduce strain and feel more at home in your body.

Whether you’re living with scoliosis yourself or know someone who is, you don’t have to just accept discomfort as the only option.

There are ways to support your body, gently and over time.
