Too nervous to dance? Afraid of looking silly? Feeling like you’ve “missed your chance” to feel confident in your body? You’re not alone and that’s exactly why this class exists.

Women’s Heels is more than a dance class it’s a confidence boost in motion and that’s why our community love it!

In this class, you will:

FAQ: “It says I don’t have access to the Reformer timetable why?”

If you’re seeing this message pop up when trying to book a reformer class it’s because we ask all new clients to complete a Reformer Induction Course first. Once you’ve done your induction and your instructor signs you off, you’ll have full access to the Evolve timetable and Advanced Reformer classes.

We do this because Reformer Pilates isn’t just Pilates on a machine, it’s a whole different way of moving. Even if you’ve practiced Pilates before, the Induction ensures you feel confident, safe and supported on the Reformer. It’s all about protecting your body, giving you the right foundations and making sure every class feels enjoyable and achievable.

We can’t wait to welcome you into the studio and guide you on your Reformer journey 🫶🏽

Hi, I’m Chloe a professional dancer and dance teacher here at Pivot 🤍

Dance has always been my way of expressing myself and feeling at home in my body. I trained at the University of the Arts London, completing a Level 3 Diploma in Performing Arts/Dance and went on to earn a Level 5 Diploma in Dance Teaching with the British Ballet Organisation.

With seven years of experience working as a professional dancer, I bring both training and real world experience into every class I teach.

My favourite movement is a bevel. I love how it creates a sleek, confident line through the body that soft “S” curve from head to toe, with a little hip push and shoulder rotation. It’s bold, expressive and full of attitude and it always reminds me how powerful confidence can feel when we let ourselves move freely.

My classes are all about empowering self-expression, building balance and body control and embracing a strong femme energy that feels both powerful and fun.

They’re open to all skill levels and held in a supportive, hype-girl space where everyone is encouraged to show up exactly as they are. Of course heels are optional, only if you feel comfortable is what I say.

When I’m not dancing, you’ll usually find me out hiking toward a mountain view, enjoying a good coffee or spending time with my family and friends. Those moments help keep me grounded and inspired, both in and out of the studio.

If you’re looking for a class that feels welcoming, confidence boosting and a little bit empowering, I’d love to have you join me.

Feeling tight, tense or just… stuck?

You’ve got a busy week coming up … Meetings, school runs, jobs to squeeze in where you can And your body is still holding on.

Sometimes the reset isn’t stretching harder or pushing through another session. Sometimes it’s quieter than that. When it’s appropriate, we use breathing as part of physio to help the body settle, soften and actually recover not just cope.

For many people, this is the first moment they notice things shift.
Their shoulders drop and their breath deepens, allowing movement to feel easier again.

What does your body crave in yoga today?

Maybe it’s a gentle start as the sun rises or maybe it’s a steady flow to help you land after a long day.

At Pivot, our classes are made for real life for real bodies, changing energy and whatever you’re carrying with you that day.

Some mornings are about movement that wakes you up and grounds you.

Some evenings are slower, softer, lit by candlelight and built for rest and release. Each class is simply a different way to come back to yourself.

There’s no rushing here. No pressure to get it right, just thoughtful movement, kind guidance and space to breathe, feel and be where you are.

You’ll find intentional sequencing, a space that holds the mood, moments of stillness and a room of people quietly showing up for themselves, together.

We see this every week not only in the clinic but in our classes too…

So many of the people we work with are active, capable and already doing the “right” things like Pilates, yoga, walking, strength but still quietly pushing through tension or stiffness because it doesn’t feel serious enough to address.

More often than not, once we sit down, assess what’s going on and connect the dots, things start to make sense and movement starts to feel easier again.

Pushing through isn’t the same as feeling good. Physio isn’t just for injuries, it’s about understanding how your body has been adapting to load, stress and everyday life and giving it the support it needs to move with more confidence.

If any of this sounds like you, you’re definitely not alone.
