Pilates Staffordshire Pilates Staffordshire & Wellness Wood Pilates is for all ages and abilities. All classes are fully supervised classes involving floor and standing exercises.

All Pilates sessions are personally managed by Marie who is a highly qualified & experienced fitness professional & is one of the leading Pilates Practitioners in Staffordshire. Marie has many years of experience in Pilates and has been the Official Pilates Instructor to Stoke City FC from 08/2009 to 09/2010. If you suffer from Osteoporosis, Arthritis, Spinal conditions such as Sciatica, Disc issues, Spondylosis you may benefit from our Pilates classes. Each participant's individual needs are considered by the Pilates Practitioner ensuring the best outcome for you.
