Enjoyed this lush red Thai duck curry tonight from Slimming World Kitchen ... & We may have "accidentally" added some extra chunky onions ... So love lots of chunky onion in a curry ... & Love that it's all delivered, ready to cook, & 100% on plan 😋😋

There are some flippin’ good additions in the bakery aisle at Iceland and The Food Warehouse 🥞😉. These golden, fluffy wholemeal pancakes – available in two flavours: Maple Syrup and Blueberry.

One of the best ways to stick with activity is to schedule it – just like you would a group night or work meeting.
I’ve popped three move-more moments into my calendar this week:
• Park out of the town centre to get more steps in while shopping for raffle prizes
• Latino dance-fit class
• Get out to Consall for a walk around the nature reserve (weather permitting!)
