One of the best ways to stick with activity is to schedule it – just like you would a group night or work meeting.
I’ve popped three move-more moments into my calendar this week:
• Park out of the town centre to get more steps in while shopping for raffle prizes
• Latino dance-fit class
• Get out to Consall for a walk around the nature reserve (weather permitting!)
