Looking for some friendly, face-to-face support with breastfeeding or infant feeding?
Come along to one of our free drop in groups meet other parents, chat with trained peer supporters, and enjoy a cuppa and a biscuit ☕🍪

Teenage years can be challenging, and mental health matters. That’s why Mind North Staffs is offering Teenager Hubs for ages 13–19 to come together, share experiences, and learn coping strategies.
