Connection is not just emotional - it’s physiological.

Solitude has its place, and for many of us, it’s where we rebuild ourselves.
But there’s something deeply regulating about being with people who feel like home.

The nervous system softens.
The body exhales.
We drop out of survival and into safety - often without even realising it.

This is what safe connection does.
Not performative. Not loud. Just steady, familiar presence that says you can be here as you are.

Safe. Happy. Held.
Exactly where I’m meant to be.
