👏 Doris has officially passed her probation period, a huge achievement that reflects her hard work and commitment over the past 12 weeks. During this time, she has received numerous compliments from customers and their families, who simply couldn’t praise her enough for the care, compassion, and support she provides every day.

Vicki has been part of our journey for an incredible amount of time, and she’s just as passionate and dedicated today as she was 14 years ago, if not more! She gives so much of her time to supporting her team and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, always going above and beyond.

Glaucoma can sneak up without warning. Some possible signs include:
• Gradual loss of peripheral (side) vision
• Blurred or hazy vision
• Seeing halos around lights
• Eye pain or headaches (less common)

If you notice any changes in your vision, it’s important to see an optometrist or ophthalmologist promptly.

Remember: regular eye tests are the best way to catch glaucoma early and protect your sight.
