Plans are officially in motion fans 🙌🏼 …

After 3.5 years of (very lovingly) lugging my almost 20kg massage bed and case all over the place, in and out of the car, up and down stairs and everything in between my body has (not so) politely requested a change 🙈
As you’re aware, I have already started limiting my mobile treatments a little - and honestly, it’s helping me out massively! …
So it’s time for a change 👀

And honestly… O. M. G. 🤗 I have SO many plans for this gorgeous space I can barely contain myself. Think cosy, dreamy, elevated cocoon energy turned all the way up ✨

They’re at it again… hello snowy weather 👀❄️

If we do get snowy conditions tonight or tomorrow, please note, I shan’t be attempting mobile appointments… After last year’s snow drama (getting stuck and skidding about all over the place, I am absolutely not repeating that chapter 🫠), I’m choosing safety over heroics!

If you wish to continue with your appointments and can do safely, then they will be held at the cocoon instead. Cosy, calm, and drama-free ✨
If you’re booked in over the next few days, I’ll of course keep you fully in the loop.

February 1st & 2nd — the soft inhale of the year.

Imbolc isn’t quite the Spring Equinox (that arrives later in March), but it is the moment we begin to feel her stirring. It marks the halfway point between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox — when the light is returning, the earth is thawing, and new life is quietly preparing to rise 🌞

🌱This is the season of tender beginnings.
Of candles flickering against winter walls.
Of intentions warming slowly.
Of hope that whispers.

✨ Imbolc invites us to gently wake up what’s been resting. To cleanse, to dream, to tend rather than push. To trust that even if you can’t see growth yet… it’s happening!

January, you were quietly magical 🧡

🎉 We welcomed in the new year with full hearts, celebrations with friends, a slow breakfast date with my boy, and plenty of art & clay play sprinkled in between.

Amber Moon was fully booked (with way fewer cancellations than I ever expected for January .. thank you for showing up, always 🫶🏼). I smashed my 31-day yoga challenge… even if some days it was only 5 minutes on the mat, it still counts, right!? 😜

There were snow days, Bhodi’s first ever snow play, and we celebrated his first birthday! 🐾
☃️ The January Winter Stillness Club came and went so beautifully, and the January offers, Luxury Stones & Glow and Celestial Calm, have been a huge hit!

And behind the scenes? Plans for the new cocoon fiiiiinally got underway 🌙✨ Keep an eye on your emails… exciting things are unfolding!!
