Had a delicious Reiki session this morning 🥰
Its not often I get Reiki bookings at the moment with my Reflexology training taking centre stage, but its great for me to go back to the skill and passion that started it all - and check I still got it!

Hi all,

My name is Phoebe and I am 12 year army veteran, studying to be a Reflexologist 👣
To book my exams for my qualification, I need to do 100 treatments 💯

My course was in December and so far I have only had 15 people 🥺 I have exhausted my local friends so posting and hoping some people might help me get to my requirement

Its at no cost as I am learning ❌️ 💷

Sessions are completely ✨️free✨️

I still need case studies too, so you could get 4 full sessions for NOTHING!
You won't get many offers of free therapies these days, make the most of it

Just an hour or so of your time and some feedback on how you found the treatment is all I need from you 🩵

Which foot has been reflexed? Spot the difference 🔎
Notice the skin, the discolouration around and of the nails, the vascular presentation. These are the visible evidence of what Reflexology does...so imagine what the person feels like?

Not as dramatic as the soles of the feet but not really able to photograph that myself 😂
I self-treated with foot reflexology which was the first time I have since my course in December - and I did not realise how much I needed it! Afterwards, I was so thirsty and had a bit of a headache.

Aftercare is just as important as treatment. Most people will want to rest, eat lighter meals, or be drawn to foods they might not normally choose but are better for them. Being thirsty and drinking more water helps the body flush 🪠 💧 🚽
Caffeine and alcohol should be avoided but if it can't, drinking a glass of water in between beverages is better than not.
Just listen to what your body tells you. After all, thats what holistic treatments are for: getting back in tune with our bodies 🫀

What is Reflexology? 👣 🫶

Reflex is a therapy using mapped points on the hands, feet, and even ears, that correspond with different areas of the body to stimulate the natural healing process.

This picture shows my model from a treatment done this weekend, who has graciously agreed to let me post this brilliant example.
The foot on the left side of the picture was what the feet both looked like when they came in. Red/Purple colouring as seen here, can indicate the body is dealing with inflammation and other stressors. This could be hormonal or just anything that shouldn't be there.
The foot on the right side of the picture is how their feet presented after I started to stimulate the foot using reflex points. A much nicer Pinky colour 😊

Its all well and good me telling you what Reflexology is useful for, but I'd be typing an awful long time and still wouldn't reach the end.
So see for yourself in this picture, the body dealing with its shizz in real time ✨️


Disclaimer though, I'm trained in hands and feet.

Reflexology isnt just for the feet you know, it includes hands too. Tonight I gave myself a Hand Reflexology session and if it wasnt for this cuppa tea, I'd already be in bed 😴
Whilst Hand Reflexology isn't counting towards my evidence for qualification, I still need to practice it 🥹
