Most people ask for appointments on the hour or half hour It's what we do, it's also what we shouldn't do. Asking for appointments on the hour or half hour plants the seed that the meeting is going to be long and time consuming. So you get more no's than yeses. However if you ask for an appointment at ten to the hour, fifteen minutes to the hour or twenty minutes to the hour.
