With the weather warming up it's the perfect opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, get some fresh air, and reap the health benefits of walking.
Not only is walking free but it comes with other numerous benefits, including improved cardiovascular health, weight management, strengthened muscles and bones, enhanced mood, reduced risk of chronic diseases like diabetes and high blood pressure.
Three simple ways to make your walk more interesting ...
1️⃣ Pick different routes so you don’t get tired of seeing the same sights.
2️⃣ Walk various times of the day. The sights to see 1st thing in a morning are bound to be different from those of the afternoon and early evening .
3️⃣ Explore what’s going on around you , notice the sky , the people, the sounds .
Our bodies tend to get used to physical activity, so there are ways to increase intensity as you improve your fitness levels ..
