Stoke Chiro Spinal Health Centre was set up in 2009 by chiropractor and centre director Andrew Knibbs and his wife, osteopath and centre manager Hannah. With the help of family, friends and patients the clinic has quickly grown in reputation and size. We have since opening strived to offer our patients the best quality of care and choice of services in the region. Our team currently includes 4 chi

ropractors, 5 massage therapists, an osteopath, Pilates and Yoga instructors and 6 chiropractic assistants. The centre also boasts on-site x-ray facilities, a Pilates/Yoga studio as well as offering advice on nutrition and injury rehabilitation. Our team focuses on offering high quality, effective and affordable care for the community of Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding areas and our growing reputation has seen our chiropractors work alongside professional performance artists and athletes. We have a 'can do' attitude and often find that our treatment can provide relief where other methods have failed. 🌟 Patient of the Week 🌟

This week's Patient of the Week is Sonia!

Sonia came to see us with a long history of sciatica, 💢 as well as an acute episode of lower back pain, which she needed to be right for a family wedding within 5 weeks. 😱

After a course of treatment with our chiropractor Chris 🙌 and doing exercises to help things along, 🏋️‍♀️ Sonia is 80% improved overall after 4 weeks, with the back pain gone, sciatica significantly reduced, and is ready for the wedding festivities in the coming weeks! 🤩

It's been a pleasure looking after you so far Sonia and we look forward to seeing you when you are back after the wedding. ❤️

🌟 Patient of the Week 🌟

This week's Patient of the Week is Maria!

Maria came to our centre seeking relief from a painful bulging disc that was causing sharp, stabbing discomfort and constant irritation. 💢 The pain was interfering not only with her demanding job as a Sonographer but also with her day-to-day life, especially when it came to keeping up with her energetic cockapoos! 🐶🐶

After completing a tailored course of Chiropractic care with Jasmine 🙌 and Sports Massage therapy with Simon, 💆‍♀️ Maria has made incredible progress. 📈 Her transformation has been so remarkable that she’s chosen to continue her journey with us by joining our Wellbeing Community, checking in with Jasmine and Simon every four weeks to stay on top of her health and keep pain at bay. 💪

When she’s not caring for others or keeping her pups in line, Maria loves to travel and explore new places — she’s even visited the legendary Graceland in Memphis! 🤩

We’re so proud to be part of Maria’s journey and honoured to support her ongoing wellbeing. 💖

🎉 He did it! 🎉

The update you’ve all been waiting for... Ben has officially smashed his Half Ironman! 💪 🤩🙌

In just 7 hours and 15 minutes, he swam, cycled, ran — and crossed that finish line with a huge smile on his face 😄💙

Massive congratulations, Ben!🌟 We’re so proud of you - what an incredible accomplishment!🏅🥂

🌟 Patient of the Week 🌟

This week's Patient of the Week is Evie!

Evie's dad has been a long standing raving fan of our work here at the centre. 🌟 So when Evie fell over and hurt her knee during a tap dancing show earlier in the year, he knew just where to bring her! 💡

When Evie first came to see Jasmine, her knee was in a heavy support and she was on crutches. 😥 Evie could not bend her knee at all, let alone bear weight. In the early stages, Jasmine worked along Evie's NHS appointments for scans and fracture clinics to fully understand the nature of Evie injury. They then started to get Evie's knee moving with a combination of manual therapy 🙌 with Jasmine and intensive physio training regime through the NHS.

Several weeks later, Evie has now regained around 70% of her range of motion in her knee and is building her strength every day walking unaided. 💪 Whilst Evie has not been able to dance through her recovery, this has given her extra determination with her rehabilitation exercises. 🏋️‍♀️ She still makes sure she attends all her dance lessons too - hoping this will stand her in good stead to hit the ground running back at dance in September. 😊

Keep up the good work Evie and you'll be unstoppable! 💃💪

Our very own Ben is gearing up for his Half Ironman this Sunday 🤩 and like any dedicated athlete, he’s making sure his body’s in top condition with some pre-race chiropractic care from our team💙.

When you spend your days keeping everyone else moving, it’s only right to get the same expert attention!💪

After months of training, Dr Ben is getting the final pieces in place 🧩with a fresh adjustment today, prepping his spine and spirit for the ultimate swim-bike-run showdown this Sunday! 🏊‍♂️🚵‍♂️🏃‍♂️

Wishing you all the luck, grit, and Guinness (post-race, of course!😆) for Sunday, Ben. You’ve got this 💪🏽

Mel’s dedication and hands on support both inside and outside the centre have made an incredible impact, but this month, it was her planning for our annual Snowdon team trip that truly stood out. 🏞️✨

Mel has asked to share this recognition with our amazing Snowdon Speakers, whose courage and powerful talks made the trip even more inspiring. 🎤👏 Their vulnerability, insight, and energy were nothing short of brilliant.🤸‍♂️💪

When he first visited us he had shivers down his spine 🥶 and his body was aching all the time. 😩 But with the help of his Chiropractor Andy and the Stoke Chiro team, we’ve worked to ease the exact joints which were under pressure. 🙌 Ensuring he is always able to deliver a killer queen 👑 performance on stage.
