Step 2: Enjoy three of our products daily, plus a healthy 200kcal meal. With loads of recipes and our guidance to make it as effortless as possible. 
Step 3: Eat a combination of products and healthy meals prepared by you. With our support and guidance to make it really easy for your unique circumstances. 
Step 4: Same as step three, but even more flexibility and a little more calories…and of course our support and guidance is included. 
Step 5: Mastering portion control and healthy cooking, whilst supplementing with our products, all with our support as always.
Step 6: Keep it up!
