Chicken Singapore noodles tonight made by the hubby and my nose is still running it was that spicy. Whenever my husband cuts up a fewsh chilli 🌶, he keeps the seeds in. My mouth is on fire 🔥 I LIKE IT!!

Garden day for us and celebrating getting into the final for my sons football team.
BBQ is smoking and everyone shutting their windows 😆 pool heater is on and sun hat is on my head
Kids are so much happier outside
Ive got 5% beef burgers and chicken tikka for the barby

What a lovely sunny day it's been today, kids in the pool having fun, we're sunbathing with a vodka and no added sugar cranberry juice

So my son wanted to try a dragon fruit so I went into morrisons a d was shocked at the price, £2.85 each. I peeled and chopped it up and there was hardly anything there.
Not much of a taste either.
Anyone else tried em? Did I just get a dodgy one?

Wow what a glorious day. Had to root out something summery in my wardrobe. Felt weird not putting my hoody on lol
I didn't know what I wanted to eat today something light, so decided on a meringue nest, raspberries, ff greek yoghurt and a raspberry muller. Nice and refreshing
Im now on the school run chilling in my van with a Pink lemonade

Wow what a day we've had in group today.
Everyone fired up ready for the week ahead, lots of ideas and support from members.
AND, amazing weight losses. So proud of them all.
And the new hifi bar was definitely the CHERRY 🍒 on top.
Back home for marry me chicken pasta 😋
