Eventful day so far, went for a run and ran to my sons football ⚽️ training, i got roped in to play on the adults side against the kids, that was fun.
My son banged his head against the goal post and has an egg on his head and since then been sick, so we're up A&E. Let's hope we get seen soon

Great group this morning and didn't have time have brekkie so nipped into see my mum and dad and my dad had made me scrambled egg with smoked salmon and cherry tomatoes 🍅. It was delicious. Thanks dad.
Then came home to find my new magazine delivery and my box of the new cherrylicious hifi bar.
I'm super impressed. If you like bakewell tart then ya In for a treat. Definitely a good tasting bar that's for sure.

Busy day again and off to celebrate oir friends getting the keys to their new house, exciting times and took my can of captain Morgan rum and Pepsi max to celebrate. Went home and everyone wanting takeaway bit I said "no" im.making a quick chicken and spinach curry.
It was amazing and we had SW nann breads with it.

Nipped into my mum and dad's this morning and I was starving, was running round getting last minute bits for my eldests birthday on Monday.
So fancied cereal, I had all bran, ff greek yoghurt with a splash of salted caramel syrup to sweeten it up and oranges and blueberries. Nice and crunchy and very filling 😋

Both mum and daughter Emma and Pat have made slimming world a part of their lives, they attend every week. They're like family, I love having them in group. Always supporting eachother on the highs and the lows.
