➡️ This is a simple, structured way to build strength safely and improve control.
➡️Protocol:
✅ Use a neck harness with load (around 5% bodyweight)
✅ Perform 20 slow, controlled reps
✅ No momentum, no jerking — full control throughout
✅ On the final rep, hold for 10 seconds (isometric)
✅ Then allow a controlled stretch chin moving towards the chest
⚠️ Do NOT lift the head back up under load
⚠️ Remove the weight with your hands first
✅ Then return to neutral safely

ℹ️ Single leg seated-to-stand squats are one of the most underrated strength tests out there. They expose imbalances, improve knee stability, build glute strength, and teach proper control through the hip.
➡️ Most injuries I see don’t come from lack of strength they come from side-to-side differences and poor control under load. This movement highlights that instantly.
➡️ Today we didn’t have a weight… so we improvised with a bust .
➡️ Because strength isn’t about perfect equipment it’s about intention and ex*****on.

➡️ Decompress the Lower Back by Restoring Hip Flexor Length

ℹ️ How to perform:
• Sit on a bench
• Anchor one foot to the floor with a heavy dumbbell to stabilise the pelvis
• Pull the opposite knee into your chest
• Slowly lean back under control
• Move through the full range — no forcing

• Perform 10 controlled reps
• On rep 5, hold the end position for 5 slow breaths
• Complete 5 more reps, slow and controlled
• On rep 10, hold again for 5 deep breaths

➡️Why it works:
Tight hip flexors pull the pelvis forward, overload the lower back, and reduce glute activation.
Restoring length here helps decompress the spine and improve movement above and below.

🇦🇱 Language wasn’t a barrier today.
➡️ An older gentleman in his 70s came in with severe shoulder pain and very limited movement.
He didn’t speak English but pain doesn’t need translation.
➡️We assessed the pattern, treated the restriction, and restored movement.
➡️By the end of the session, he was lifting his arm freely again.
