This is how Muarry got in the best shape of his life.

Muarry knew that he needed to make a change in his life if he wanted to improve his health and feel better about himself.

As a busy father of two and a successful businessman, he knew that finding the time to exercise and eat well would be a challenge.

But he was determined to make it work.

Murray's first step was to set a clear goal for himself. He knew that he wanted to lose weight and improve his overall fitness.

So he decided to aim for a 12-week challenge.

To make sure that he was able to stick to his plan, I made a schedule for him that included time for both exercise and meal planning.

He knew that in order to lose weight, he would need to burn more calories than he consumed.

One of the key things that helped Murray stay motivated was tracking his progress. Every week, he would weigh himself and check in with me.

He also took progress photos and kept a journal of his progress. This helped him stay focused on his goal and reminded him of how far he had come.

Despite his busy schedule, Muarry was able to make time for regular exercise, including cardio and strength training. He focused on eating healthy food, including lean protein, fruits, vegetables.

By the end of the 12 weeks, Murray had successfully achieved what he wanted. He felt great, had more energy, and was proud of the progress he had made.

He also had a good understanding of how to maintain a healthy lifestyle and continues to use the knowledge gained during the time I coached him

Have you ever felt like you're your own worst enemy?

Like no matter how hard you try, you just can't seem to overcome your own obstacles and reach your goals?

If so, you're not alone. It's a common feeling, and it can be incredibly frustrating. But the good news is, you have the power to change that.

When it comes to personal growth and success, it's important to remember that the only person you're really competing with is yourself. It's you vs you. And that means that you have the power to determine your own outcomes.

Here are a few strategies that can help:

Mark's success was largely due to the accountability he had with me as his coach. This is Rob a client of mine who came to me a few months ago with the goal of getting into great shape for an upcoming holiday.

Rob had been training on his own for a while but wasn't seeing the results he wanted. When he came to me, he was out of shape and struggling to maintain his motivation.

However, many people become discouraged when they don't see results immediately or hit a plateau. It's important to remember that everyone's body is different, and that progress will vary from person to person.

The most important thing is to keep moving forward, even when it feels like you're not making any progress. When you have the determination never to give up, you'll eventually reach your goals.

Many people believe that the only way to achieve their fitness goals is to follow a strict diet and exercise regimen. While this may work for some, it is not the only path to success.
