This is how Muarry got in the best shape of his life.
Muarry knew that he needed to make a change in his life if he wanted to improve his health and feel better about himself.
As a busy father of two and a successful businessman, he knew that finding the time to exercise and eat well would be a challenge.
But he was determined to make it work.
Murray's first step was to set a clear goal for himself. He knew that he wanted to lose weight and improve his overall fitness.
So he decided to aim for a 12-week challenge.
To make sure that he was able to stick to his plan, I made a schedule for him that included time for both exercise and meal planning.
He knew that in order to lose weight, he would need to burn more calories than he consumed.
One of the key things that helped Murray stay motivated was tracking his progress. Every week, he would weigh himself and check in with me.
He also took progress photos and kept a journal of his progress. This helped him stay focused on his goal and reminded him of how far he had come.
Despite his busy schedule, Muarry was able to make time for regular exercise, including cardio and strength training. He focused on eating healthy food, including lean protein, fruits, vegetables.
By the end of the 12 weeks, Murray had successfully achieved what he wanted. He felt great, had more energy, and was proud of the progress he had made.
He also had a good understanding of how to maintain a healthy lifestyle and continues to use the knowledge gained during the time I coached him
