💡 Yes — especially during the reframing and beliefs exercise. I realised I had been operating from a model of fear, which had been limiting my potential and driving my mental health challenges. This was a real moment of clarity.

✅ Absolutely — 100%. Being more positive with my internal talk track and truly understanding that I am enough has helped me immensely.
