What a fantastic evening we had raising money for Men Unite Sports Social & Well-being, We believe there’s currently around the £500.00 mark raised at the moment and still counting👏 ⚽️
We would like to thank Football4Charity Stoke for organising the event alongside Waterworld Stoke On Trent staff. Although we do have a few special shoutouts to give….
First of all, a HUGE thanks to Carl Watson who referred the match carrying a bit of an injury from the evening before and still didn’t let us down, Carls supported a few of our events now and we really appreciate the time he dedicates to them👏
Thanks to P.A.S.S Security Services for funding the pitch for us, it’s a huge bonus for the charity as it helps to cover the outgoing costs 👏
Another thanks to S.A.S Travel Stoke for been our trophy sponsor and paying for it, SAS are a massive sponsor of ours and always support the cause 👏
A massive thanks to Thomas Davies and Chris Worrall who were the main organisers behind it, and a special thanks to Chris’s family and partner who helped raised the funds on the sideline by collecting donations and selling cake and crisps etc! 👏
Waterworld FC never gave up last night no matter the score line and put in 110% on the build up to the event with a lot of additional training, each event is getting that little bit tighter and I’m sure one day they will really come in hard for the cup! 🏆 Well done to you all! 👏
