To maintain TCUK Full Membership with insurance, instructors must hold a valid First Aid at Work certificate, renewed in person every 3 years.

✅ Respond quickly to injuries
✅ Keep your students safe
✅ Stay compliant and professional

As the National Governing Body, the Taekwondo Council UK (TKD Council UK) promotes best practice and highly recommends in-person First Aid training every 3 years, with annual refreshers (online or in person) to maintain competence.

We’re proud to announce SH Medical Training as TCUK’s official First Aid Training Partner, offering tailored courses for martial arts instructors.

🗣️ We believe in choice — you’re welcome to use any training provider, as long as the course is a minimum of the Qualsafe Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) or equivalent, and aligns with the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) syllabus.
