April marks a significant milestone, 20 years of the NHS Bowel Cancer Screening Programme, a service that has helped save thousands of lives through earlier detection and timely treatment. Bowel cancer remains one of the most common cancers in the UK, but screening continues to be one of our most effective tools. The at home FIT kit is quick, simple and free and it enables us to identify potential issues at the earliest possible stage, when treatment has the greatest impact.
Early detection saved lives, and together we can help ensure more people benefit from it :)

The men's health event held @ Port Vale FC yesterday was a great success, I would like to thank everyone that participated, without you the event would not have been so successful.
I would also like to thank the local community for supporting the day.
As always a big thank you to the team @ Port Vale FC for the use of Tommy Cheadles for the venue.
There will be another event planned at Port Vale FC later in the year, watch this space!!
