We are celebrating 6 months as an IPS team! the support we have received has been amazing and we have now supported a fantastic 13 people into work. Here is just some of the feedback we have received from a client - 'I am so grateful to my worker she has been a massive help in every way. I am glad she will be with me for another few months while I am settling in my new job but I can't speak highly enough of my ES. I would recommend her to anyone I couldn't thank her enough for what she has done for me in a short space of time. She is an amazing person and is great at her job thank you for everything'

July saw some great referrals for the IPS team and we successfully supported two of our clients into work! Pride Month 2023 at CDAS

This month at our hub in Hanley Hope Street, we are celebrating pride with offering an opportunity to add on our notice board in reception what you are most proud of.

At CDAS we strive to be inclusive and diverse in how we offer support and welcoming to everyone, if you access support you will be welcomed with encouragement and no judgement and we will walk you through your journey to reach your goals in a kind and supportive way.

When we spoke to staff about what they were most proud of they all responded with "Im proud to be able to support our service users through tough times" "Im proud that our service users when in support make such courageous changes in their lives, they are such strong and resilience people" "I am proud that the lady Im supporting has managed to stop drinking and has now found herself a job and enjoying life again"
