With our Covid secure procedures we currently remain open for face to face appointments.
The situation is forever changing, therefore we are monitoring the situation closely and will inform you of any ongoing changes.

We would like to wish all clients a happy new year.

We would like to reassure our clients that we continue to follow strict Covid-19 policies and procedures which means we are able to remain open even as the area moves into tier 4.

The clinic will reopen after the Christmas holidays on Monday 4th January. As this is an ever changing situation, if things do change we will keep you informed.

** COVID-19 UPDATE **
As a provider of health care services we remain open for face to face appointments in line with our covid polices and procedures.

Pilates classes will however be cancelled from Thursday 5th November until further notice.

Virtual appointments are also available for those patients that are unable or prefer not to leave their home.
