✨ Whenever there’s women, there’s magic ✨

We had the BEST day at our women’s day retreat yesterday, in celebration of International Women’s Day 🤍

In collaboration with Paige Harrison at The Nook Milton, we created a day centred around connection and empowerment.

The day included;

🤍 An inspiring women’s circle, delivered by the amazing Paige, with a focus on reflection, whilst inspiring intentions moving
forward.

🧘🏻‍♀️ A Yoga flow bringing together movement & mindset.

🥗 A delicious & wholesome lunch by the very knowledgeable Tori Collins Nutrition, who also provided so much nutritional guidance & food for thought.

🌳 A woodland walk to reflect on the day, including a grounding meditation.

❤️ The day ended with everyone leaving with a little goody bag to remember the day by, and to inspire the continued self love that we focused on during our day.

A HUGE thank you to everyone that attended, it was a pleasure to spend time with every single one of you. So many inspiring connections were made, and I’m already looking forward to future events 🤍
