The Family have over 85 years of experience in supporting families through difficult times in their lives. Kevin and Sue’s daughters Jacqui and Jayne and daughter- in-law Kerry also work in the family business. We are known as many things: funeral directors, undertakers, a funeral home, but what we really are is a family, who are here to support you; the people of Newcastle-under-lyme, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, Crewe, Cheshire, and well beyond. How amazing is this!
Since we opened in 2018 we have been helping families with their in print and online bereavement notices, the online function for the past few years has allowed people to donate in memory of their friends and loved-ones chosen charities. Online alone not including all the donations we have taken in our donation box on the day of the funerals, £40,899.46 has been raised and that's just from the people we have cared for. It's beautiful to think that even in times darkened by grief people chose to give in memory of those they love. We can't help but wonder how many lives have been changed for the better with all that generosity 🥰 Which charity would you choose?

Funeral plans became significantly more popular in the UK during the 2010's.
Before their increase in popularity most people took out life insurance policies to help ensure the funds would be there to cover their funeral cost when the time came but what an insurance policy doesn't cover is any of your wishes. Did you know you can come in to record your wishes with us to be kept on file or you can take away one of our 'make your wishes known' leaflets, to record them yourself at home, with helpful prompts, so your loved ones aren't left guessing during grief. 💛
