To all my family’s at the chimes I’d like to thank you all for your support and kind words over the last few weeks we have had quite a few poorly residents we’ve lost our lovely Eileen and to say the least we all look like we’ve been to war , the weather has been warm and staff have felt it but all you guys make us smile the conversations the banter the love you all show the messages the phonecalls just everything means the world to us all so just a thankyou for just being you love every one at the chimes 🙌🥰

So this month at the chimes myself and Jen decided to give our wonderfull district nurses the award this is for there support to us with our recently passed away eileen , we arnt the easiest management team to work with as we want the best and more ,we are demanding and sometimes we shout to get what our residents need but this team of lovely ladies have met everything we wanted they have listened to our rants and demands and have been truly amazing as a thankyou we brought a goody hamper and dropped it off , there faces said it all to feel appreciated is everything and you truly deserve this so again thankyou ❤️
