We serve Stoke on Trent and surrounding areas - treating patients with various conditions including back pain, neck pain, head aches/ migraines, sciatica, sports injuries, whiplash. We provide affordable, safe and effec

tive treatment with the type of treatment being tailored to the individual. Every patient will receive a thorough, professional and reliable service. Conveniently located near the centre of Newcastle town, we are easily accessible with our own free car parking facilities. We have five treatment rooms and on-site digital X-Ray facilities which means that you do not have a long wait for us to develop and read your X-Rays. We use the latest technology to also assess your posture and we encourage all our patients to attend our free back strengthening exercise classes. You will also be given specific exercises to do at home (if appropriate). It is very important to us that we provide additional value to our patients by encouraging them to attend our FREE workshops every Tuesday. We have excellent Sports Massage Therapists with excellent training and experience.

Did you sprain your ankle, but it still feels unstable weeks later? 🤔🦶

Many people focus only on the ankle during recovery, but research suggests the issue may also involve the hip.

Studies have found that people with ongoing ankle instability after a sprain often show reduced hip strength and movement control.

The hip helps guide the leg during walking, running, and jumping. If it is not working well, the ankle may remain unstable.

That is why good rehab often trains the entire leg, not just the ankle. 💪

This weekend, one of our patients is taking on the London Marathon — and she’s not just running for the finish line.🏃‍♀️

She’s running for Windmills, a charity she co-founded to support young people facing one of life’s hardest realities — the expected loss of someone they love.

Through their work, Windmills helps children make sense of what’s happening, find the words for feelings that are often too big to express, and build the strength to cope with grief no child should have to face alone.
We’ve had the privilege of supporting her on this journey here at the clinic — helping her prepare physically and stay strong every step of the way.
